We want to help employers support a culture of integrity in the workplace. We aim to build a bridge of trust between employers and employees for raising concerns about workplace wrongdoing. We will assist in creating ethical and successful organisations for all stakeholders.
Mission
We plan to achieve this by :
- Creating an environment where employers and employees value the importance of identifying workplace wrongdoing and where employers appreciate, facilitate and protect employees who do so;
- Providing an effective mechanism for employees to raise their concerns discretely, without revealing their identity, thereby allaying fears of recrimination from line management and ‘labelling’ by work colleagues;
- Maintaining a safe, secure, purpose built technology platform which employees can use from the privacy of their home;
- Acting as a trusted intermediary between the employer and the concerned employee during the investigation process, facilitating clarification and feedback, while always protecting the employee’s identity;
- Assisting employers and employees in deterring and eradicating workplace wrongdoing, thereby avoiding financial and reputational damage;
- Providing an expert, cost effective service and case management system to Boards and Senior Management to help them fulfill their compliance obligations;
- Having experienced professionals available when information, guidance or reassurance is needed;
- Supporting and guiding employees on claiming available protections.
