Raiseaconcern work with private sector employers and public bodies in the prevention, detection, investigation and remediation of workplace wrongdoing. This is what we do exclusively. We are specialists in our field, providing a full range of services.
We set up and manage whistleblowing schemes for employers. We investigate workplace wrongdoing and engage in dispute resolution.
We are a designated outsourced service provider for the Irish Public Service in circumstances where they outsource the conduct of investigations into employee workplace wrongdoing (particularly in the area of Dignity at Work - i.e. bullying, harassment and sexual harassment) and for the receipt and evaluation of employee disclosures.
The Proctected Disclosures Act 2014 requires employers to protect employees who raise concerns about workplace wrongdoing from penalisation.
We have invested heavily in process design, systems development and security.
Our Managing Director, Philip Brennan has many years experience in this field. Our staff are carefully vetted and highly trained.
We provide employees of organisations who use our service with a safe and trusted mechanism to raise concerns about workplace wrongdoing. We do not disclose their identity to their employer but we channel the concerns to their employer for investigation. We act as an independent intermediary between senior management and employees.
Protected disclosures raised with us qualify for protection under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 as if they had been made directly to the employer organisations.
