Charges
The following is a summary of our charges structure and terms. On application, we will send you a detailed Business Proposal incorporating our Terms of Reference, Service Fees and Contract Terms.
Standard Services
Standard set up charges are offered free of charge where a contract has been signed.
Thereafter, an annual licence fee, which incorporates a fixed base fee and a fixed per capita fee based on the number of employees/users, is payable.
Employers are required to comply with the Service Protocols contained in our Contract Terms. A minimum 3 year contract applies.
Bespoke Services
Bespoke enhanced services will be charged on a time basis.
General
VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 23%) will be applied on all services costs.
A detailed quotation will be given as part of each Business Proposal.
