We will prepare and make a presentation to your Senior Management and or Board Audit Committee on the key elements of a well designed/operated whistleblowing scheme, the legislative position and industry standards. We will share with them the benefit of our experience.
We will provide guidelines on the scheme design and set up.
To those contracting our services, there is no additional set up charge for this service.
Your organisation will be licensed to use the Raiseaconcern Model Policy and Operating Procedures© for raising concerns (whistleblowing) which are updated on an ongoing basis in line with legislative requirements and best practice.
Your organisation and your employees will also be licensed to use a dedicated secure portal for your organisation on the Raiseaconcern website. Our systems, which are highly secure, will record and process the management of concerns raised by your employees. We will provide a web enabled intermediation and feedback service which does not disclose the identity of the concern originator to you, the employer.
Raiseaconcern will provide an independent helpline, staffed by experienced personnel, to offer information and guidance to your employees on how to raise a concern. This helpline will be available Monday to Saturday (inclusive) between 8.00am and 10.00pm.
We will retain a full audit trail and database of all concerns raised for the maximum period permissable for data protection purposes.
We will provide your Senior Management and Board with a written report following year end containing detailed management information on the operation of your organisation's Policy on Raising Concerns (Whistleblowing Policy).
And finally, we will provide information and guidance to your employees regarding the process for claiming protections under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 and under your organisation's Policy on Raising Concerns (Whistleblowing Policy) where this is requested.
