Protected Disclosures Act 2014 – The Legislation
The Protected Disclosures Act came into operation on 15 July 2014.

The Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022 was signed into law by the President on 21 July 2022 and can be found here. The Amendment Act incorporates certain changes brought about by the 'EU Whistleblowers Directive' and also introduces further amendments.
