Minister Howlin publishes list of Prescribed Bodies under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014

Minister for Public Enterprise and Reform Brendan Howlin has published a list of 72 prescribed public bodies to whom protected disclosures of relevant wrongdoing can be made by workers under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014. Workers can disclose wrongdoing that they reasonably believe to be substantially true to the relevant public body instead of disclosing it to their employer or their employer's appointed agent.
